About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to join our in‑house design team in Fortaleza, Brazil. The role combines technical design, construction documentation and on‑site architectural supervision for boutique hospitality and low‑rise residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical architectural design from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.
• Create buildable Revit models and detailed construction documents.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Provide on‑site architectural supervision, quality control and day‑to‑day problem solving.
• Review and approve minor design deviations and support inspection and acceptance of works.
• Assist with tender preparation and construction documentation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of architectural design experience, preferably on hospitality and low‑rise residential projects.
• Strong technical and construction understanding.
• Professional level of English and a portfolio of relevant work.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• AutoCAD (mandatory) and Rhino (a plus).
• Experience with BIM coordination and construction documentation.
