Associate Counsel - Consumer Litigation Specialist

About the Position

Main Missions

• Manage and oversee consumer litigation matters, ensuring robust legal defense and strategic alignment with business goals.
• Provide actionable legal advice to internal stakeholders, balancing legal risk with commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate consumer-related legal risks and improve operational processes.
• Monitor legal trends in consumer law to proactively update company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with external counsel to manage litigation costs and ensure high-quality legal representation.

Profile Required

• Qualified Lawyer with 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven track record in consumer litigation, acquired within a reputable law firm or a major corporate legal department.
• Exceptional legal judgment combined with a strong commercial mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-intensity, rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong team player with a proactive, hardworking, and efficient approach to problem-solving.
