Biology & Python Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Biology and Python expert to create and validate computational biology challenges for AI training projects. The work is freelance, project‑based and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational biology problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Develop Python‑based tasks using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy and BioPython.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and require multi‑step reasoning.
• Base challenges on genuine biological research questions or practical applications.
• Verify solutions programmatically and provide clear documentation with correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Biology, Bioinformatics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in research, applied biology or teaching.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1 level or higher).

Required skills

• Python programming.
• NumPy, SciPy, Pandas.
• BioPython or other domain‑specific bioinformatics libraries.
• Experience with biological data analysis and computational methods.
