Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing health and wellness company seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to own and evolve our brand identity, voice, and positioning. This remote, full‑time role will drive brand awareness, deepen customer connections, and ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a brand strategy aligned with company goals and customer insights.
• Own brand messaging and storytelling across web, email, social, packaging, and partnership channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Growth, and CX teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation.
• Manage the brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal launches.
• Oversee external agencies and freelancers for creative execution.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Champion brand integrity and evolution as the company scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer goods.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative judgment.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
• Passion for wellness and deep understanding of the evolving consumer landscape.
