About the role

We are building a next‑generation benchmark to evaluate AI performance on complex, real‑world questions in Brazilian Portuguese. As a Law & Ethics Subject Matter Expert, you will create high‑quality, expert‑level question‑and‑answer content that tests advanced reasoning and contextual understanding for the Brazilian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop open‑ended, realistic questions covering law, ethics, constitutional and administrative law, human rights, public policy, and social justice in Brazil.
• Provide accurate, well‑structured answers supported by deep domain knowledge.
• Incorporate Brazil‑specific cultural, social, and regulatory context where relevant.
• Design content that requires multi‑step reasoning, nuance, and critical thinking.
• Maintain clarity, precision, and high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Follow detailed project guidelines, meet timelines, and ensure quality standards.
• Do not use AI tools to generate questions or answers.

Required profile

• Native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (pt‑BR).
• 5‑10+ years of professional experience as a lawyer, legal counsel, judge, legal scholar, ethics professional, or related senior‑level role.
• Demonstrated expertise through academic background and/or industry experience.
• Strong analytical ability and capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a guideline‑driven environment.
