About the role
TLC is looking for a Business Development Director to lead the acquisition of high‑value clients and expand our portfolio of global brand partnerships. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing strategic loyalty and experience‑led campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own a pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Win high‑value deals with global brands across key sectors.
- Close tactical campaigns and strategic loyalty programs.
- Lead senior‑level client conversations and deliver compelling pitches.
- Apply proven strategies to unlock market growth.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to create tailored, data‑driven proposals.
- Grow accounts through upsell opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
- Thrive independently in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment and report on performance metrics.

- Demonstrated success in winning high‑value deals with global brands.
- Strong networking and outreach capabilities.
- Ability to lead senior‑level client discussions and negotiations.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
