Community Manager – Brazil Creator Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to build and grow our creator ecosystem in Brazil. You will lead influencer acquisition, manage relationships with agencies and streamers, and drive community engagement across social platforms and live‑streaming events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing partner agencies, ensuring performance and retention.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard new agencies and streamers to expand the user base.
• Publish and manage design‑team content on Instagram, aligning with brand strategy.
• Support planning and execution of in‑person events, trade shows, and brand activations in São Paulo.
• Monitor agency and streamer performance metrics and propose improvements to boost engagement and revenue.
• Serve as the primary liaison between agencies and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities within the live‑streaming segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, communities or digital talent management.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian creator economy, digital trends and audience behavior.
• Proven track record in influencer outreach, relationship management and community engagement.
• Ability to attract and develop creators aligned with platform objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment with a proactive, hands‑on mindset.
• English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.
