Country Manager – Brazil (Infrastructure Solutions)

About the role

We are a global infrastructure company seeking a seasoned Country Manager for Brazil to drive market development and oversee the delivery of our proprietary technology across large‑scale projects. This senior position will act as the local ambassador, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development by opening new markets and expanding existing ones.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation of our solution, from planning and opportunity analysis to execution and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, securing high satisfaction, case studies, and repeat business.
• Represent the company with government authorities, contractors, engineering firms, and other decision‑makers.
• Travel extensively for site visits, covering roughly 50% of the role.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management within civil engineering, preferably road or railway construction.
• Proven track record working with construction companies, contractors, engineering firms, project managers, and government bodies.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure cost structures and ability to identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Established professional network capable of opening doors and expanding business reach.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a relationship‑driven approach.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (mandatory).
