About the role

Amazon’s Operations team in Brazil is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist (ICQA) to lead inventory accuracy and process excellence across fulfillment centers. You will manage a team, drive data‑based projects and ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise inventory routines in a high‑volume environment.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies that boost fulfillment‑center performance and productivity.
• Design innovative approaches to maintain and improve inventory accuracy.
• Analyse complex data sets and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership and operational excellence within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in employee and performance management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
