Head of Cybersecurity

About the role

INFLEET is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to own and scale its information security program. You will lead the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, build a Trust Center for enterprise customers, and embed security into the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification process.
• Design and launch a Trust Center that supports enterprise sales.
• Define security strategy, controls, KPIs and translate them into business outcomes for executives and the board.
• Coordinate security implementation across Engineering, DevOps, Product, Legal, HR and Operations.
• Shape a security‑first culture and act as the primary liaison with auditors, customers and partners.
• Establish responsible AI usage guidelines and integrate them into engineering and operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑level information security programs.
• Hands‑on technical background with the ability to dive into audit logs, GRC platforms and security code reviews.
• Strong influencing skills; able to drive security initiatives without direct reports.
• Executive sponsorship experience, preferably reporting to a CTO.
