Healthcare Quality Advisor

About the role

FedEx is looking for a Healthcare Quality Advisor to lead quality management processes within its Healthcare Quality Organization in Campinas. The role combines quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder support to ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery across the company’s logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and direct quality management processes and systems for healthcare operations.
• Provide guidance and advice to internal and external customers on healthcare quality assurance.
• Manage customer relationships to align expectations with quality standards and proactively address compliance requirements.
• Lead projects that design, implement and support quality assurance processes, systems and technology solutions.
• Evaluate and monitor healthcare quality processes, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare quality, safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, science or a related quantitative discipline.
• Relevant experience in healthcare quality within manufacturing, laboratories, distribution or closely related fields, plus exposure to business, logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Strong management, human‑relations, project‑management, analytical and communication abilities.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to train and present clearly at all business levels.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with business areas, system users and technical developers.
