HR Business Partner – Brazil

About the role

KORE Wireless is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead all HR activities for its Brazil office. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, partner with business leaders, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations while fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for the Brazil office, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Design and execute onboarding programs and oversee off‑boarding, including exit interviews.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee local payroll processing and time‑keeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CLT regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, ensure compliance with Brazilian employment laws, and adapt global HR policies to the local context.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist operating in Brazil.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and payroll compliance.
• Strong background in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
