Internal Communications Business Partner – Brazil

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Communications Business Partner to lead our internal communication efforts in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, you will act as the bridge between local teams and our global communications function, ensuring employees stay informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s strategy and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own and produce the Brazil internal newsletter, coordinating content with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop clear, engaging communications for Brazilian employees and align them with global messaging priorities.
• Support the planning and execution of Brazil Town Hall events, including content creation, logistics, promotion, live communication and post‑event follow‑up.
• Drive internal communication campaigns and measure their impact.
• Provide local cultural insights to enrich global communication initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, preferably internal communications.
• Experience in the gaming or online betting sector is a strong plus.
• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Politics or a related field.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Strong awareness of Brazilian culture, trends and pop culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using internal communications platforms such as Poppulo or similar.
