Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to refine CI/CD processes, integrate AI‑driven capabilities, and drive automation across our data and AI platform in Brazil. The role works closely with data engineers, platform teams, and product teams to ensure scalable, intelligent deployment pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a modern DevOps and platform engineering strategy aligned with data and AI goals.
• Design, optimize, and AI‑assist CI/CD pipelines, including code and test generation.
• Integrate AI copilots, intelligent quality gates, and self‑healing mechanisms into deployment workflows.
• Build scalable automation frameworks using scripting, infrastructure‑as‑code, and AI agents.
• Support MLOps/LLMOps workloads and standardize reusable pipeline templates.
• Analyze and optimize integrations with Databricks, Airflow, Azure services, and Power BI.
• Implement governance, policy‑as‑code, and automated compliance checks.
• Introduce AIOps practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Create clear documentation and improve developer experience with intelligent tooling.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives or teams.
