Mid Level Analyst – Tableau Platform Admin (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Tableau Operations Administrator to support the global Data & Analytics platform of our client. This mid‑level position focuses on day‑to‑day operational management of Tableau Server (on‑premises/IaaS) and Tableau Cloud, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks, system monitoring, and verify the status of Tableau Server processes and Tableau Cloud sites.
• Manage user creation, modification, deletion, group assignments, and project‑level permissions.
• Support content management tasks such as promotion, deletion, and organization of workbooks and data sources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data refreshes, resolving failures promptly.
• Respond to operational incidents, including server outages and dashboard loading issues, following runbooks and escalation procedures.
• Track and report key performance indicators and resource utilization using monitoring tools.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance activities, including restarts, cleanup tasks, and log management.
• Follow and update operational documentation and SOPs.
• Process operational requests from users and IT teams and collaborate with senior administrators and client IT teams.

Required profile

• Experience in an IT operations or administrative role.
• Detail‑oriented, dedicated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with users and technical teams.
