Mid-level Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join AgileEngine’s Hiring Events platform team. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of features and ensure the platform runs smoothly in a high‑production, real‑time environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting live hiring events.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and prioritize support requests.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Maintain and enhance backend services built with Java, Spring Boot, Python and Django.
• Develop and improve frontend experiences using React.
• Manage deployments, code merges and production releases independently.
• Mentor and onboard new engineers.
• Participate in architectural updates, integrations and strategic technical decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to ramp up quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
