Mid Level IT Financial Analyst

About the role

Join Bosch Digital Workplace as a Mid Level IT Financial Analyst, supporting accounting and financial management for IT products and services. You will help control budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure cost predictability across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and evolve tools and processes for financial planning and reporting.
• Manage IT department accounting, including cost control, entries, allocations, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for CAPEX and OPEX monitoring.
• Support PSMs and IT teams in structuring, monitoring, and optimizing their budgets.
• Consolidate financial data from contracts, systems, suppliers, and cost centers.
• Act as liaison between the Brazil Workplace Alliance and global Finance/Controlling teams.
• Create cost models, allocation rules, and charge‑back/show‑back criteria.
• Support annual planning, budget review, and IT investment strategy while ensuring compliance with internal policies and audits.
• Identify opportunities for financial efficiency, process automation, and governance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience in financial or accounting management within IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX, and IT product costing.
• Experience building analytical and decision‑support tools.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Effective communication with technical and financial teams.
• Fluent English.
