Procurement Specialist – Indirect Procurement

About the role

Galderma is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support its Indirect Procurement function in Brazil and to lead strategic projects across Latin America. The role will contribute to the company’s global sourcing strategy, ensuring cost‑effective and compliant procurement of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement activities for Brazil and manage strategic projects in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
• Execute local category‑management plans and deploy operational guidelines, standards, and processes.
• Lead tendering projects, coordinate RFPs, negotiate contracts, and track savings.
• Develop and maintain Preferred Vendor Lists at global, regional, and local levels.
• Analyze spend data to inform category strategy and cost‑reduction objectives.
• Collaborate with legal, business partners, and global procurement teams to ensure compliant contracts and alignment with market strategy.
• Drive efficiency by reducing costs, mitigating risk, and enhancing supplier value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or category management, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to manage end‑to‑end tender processes, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical skills for spend analysis and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Effective stakeholder management and business partnering across regions.
