Product Manager – Project Specialist (Energy Solutions)

About the role

Join a global leader in flexible line construction and production as a Product Manager – Project Specialist. You will drive new product development from concept through qualification, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and quality while supporting the company’s carbon‑reduction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end project management process for product development, defining scope, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Delivery, Service Delivery, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Lead gate reviews, prepare documentation for steering committees, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues affecting timelines or product quality.
• Provide technical support for escalation requests and drive initiatives that combine product development with process improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with Baker Hughes health, safety, environmental policies, legal requirements, and core values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with product development stages and qualification processes under API and international standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
