Product Training Consultant - Border Management

About the role

SITA is seeking a Product Training Consultant specialized in Border Management to design and deliver high‑impact learning solutions for airport, airline and border‑control technologies across Latin America. The role blends content customization, multilingual quality control and hands‑on training delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and on‑site training sessions to customers, partners and internal teams, primarily in LATAM.
• Customize and localize existing training materials to meet regional, language and client requirements.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for multilingual content, validating machine‑translated materials.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Update training content based on product changes, feedback and operational needs.
• Define and maintain standards for training quality, consistency and terminology across languages.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems and digital tools to support delivery and track effectiveness.
• Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, learning technologies, languages or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering training in a professional or technical environment.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for multicultural audiences.
• Experience reviewing, editing or validating translated content; machine‑translation experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with LMS platforms or digital training tools.
