Recruiter – Remote (LATAM) for Global Manufacturing

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a multinational manufacturing client with a strong presence in Brazil and the broader LATAM market. This hybrid role is primarily remote, requiring occasional office attendance in São Paulo (2‑3 days per month). You will partner closely with hiring leaders to drive full‑cycle hiring across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for 10–20 open positions simultaneously across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, timelines, and priorities.
• Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates throughout the LATAM region.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and oversee end‑to‑end offer processes.
• Ensure compliance with RPO workflows, documentation standards, and SLA requirements.
• Provide data‑driven updates to hiring leaders and talent stakeholders.
• Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove candidate experience as a trusted recruiting partner.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in RPO, staffing agencies, or global talent acquisition environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Fluency in English (required); Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting the LATAM market.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
• Highly detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working within structured systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
