Regional Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Project Manager is responsible for delivering assigned MDL regional rental and new‑build projects from handover through planning, mobilisation, execution, demobilisation and close‑out. This client‑facing position provides clear leadership across internal functions, suppliers, regional partners and local stakeholders to ensure commitments are understood and delivery momentum is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through all phases – kick‑off, planning, execution, mobilisation, demobilisation and close‑out.
• Own the integrated delivery plan, including actions, dependencies, milestones, approvals and escalation points.
• Coordinate daily activities between Project Management, clients, Technical Sales, Engineering, Procurement, HSEQ, Finance, Document Control, suppliers and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain project rhythm, stakeholder alignment and delivery visibility; escalate material risks, resource constraints, schedule threats or cost exposure early.
• Act as the primary client point of contact, ensuring timely, clear and accurate communication.

Required profile

• Proven ability to integrate technical, operational, commercial and project‑controls inputs into a coherent delivery plan.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to protect margin and support repeat business.
