Regional Senior Finance Director

About the role

The Regional Senior Finance Director – Latin America will partner with the Regional Vice President and CFO to drive financial performance across all LATAM entities. This senior leader will ensure robust governance, provide strategic financial insights, and support growth initiatives while maintaining strong discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Vice President, LATAM to shape strategy, growth initiatives and operational excellence.
• Advise the CFO on regional performance, risks and opportunities, delivering financial modeling for investments and market expansion.
• Oversee all accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning functions for the region.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial results in line with global standards.
• Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and corporate policies, maintain strong internal controls and coordinate audits.

Required profile

• Senior finance leadership experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior executives.
• Strong track record of managing regional finance teams and driving performance.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM regulatory and tax requirements.
