Remote Salesforce Developer (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and manage modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for large‑scale environments.
• Handle environments containing hundreds of custom objects, ensuring stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to shared code libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with enterprise‑level Salesforce deployments and architecture.
• Ability to work independently 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
