About the role
Join ZURU Toys as a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth and market share across Brazil and the wider LATAM region. You will shape commercial strategy, build strategic retail relationships and ensure ZURU’s shelf presence outperforms competitors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for assigned territories and key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (commercial, marketing, supply) to achieve distribution and profitability targets.
- Own direct key accounts, aligning long‑term strategic and financial goals.
- Lead cross‑functional business teams to exceed sales performance metrics.
- Continuously improve commercial processes, using data‑driven decisions to create tools and efficiencies.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of sales, business development or commercial leadership experience in the toys industry or similarly seasonal categories.
- Proven track record of delivering market‑share growth and profitability.
- Ability to work across time zones and influence senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing commercial strategies.
