About the role
Pyka is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead the introduction of its autonomous agricultural spray aircraft in Brazil. You will be the primary point of contact for large‑scale farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives and distributors, driving adoption of cutting‑edge drone technology that improves yields, reduces costs and enhances safety.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across Brazil’s agricultural sector.
- Present the benefits of Pyka’s autonomous electric aircraft and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and regulatory teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within agriculture, technology or aerospace.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian agribusiness market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a high‑growth environment.
