Senior Site Architect – Luxury Hospitality & Villa Development

About the role

Utopia Design is looking for a Senior Site Architect to lead the construction phase of luxury hospitality, resort, branded residence and high‑end villa projects on‑site in Ceará, Brazil. The role focuses on translating design intent into built reality while ensuring the highest standards of quality and finish.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works throughout construction.
• Ensure execution complies with design documentation, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Review and resolve technical and construction‑related issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews and monitor progress against schedules.
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Support project reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with proven delivery during the construction phase of luxury hospitality projects.
• Strong site supervision and construction administration experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors and consultants on active construction sites.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Ceará, Brazil.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
