Senior Team Manager

About the role

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead multiple teams within its Sales Operations function in Sao Paulo. You will coach Team Leads, drive operational excellence, and act as the final escalation point for complex issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several teams, mentoring Team Leads to exceed performance targets.
• Design and refine operational strategies to boost efficiency and productivity across the managed group.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and deliver high‑value insights and actionable recommendations to Operations Managers.
• Make rapid, informed decisions to resolve escalated problems and mitigate risks.
• Serve as a liaison between Team Leads and senior leadership, translating business goals into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven management experience with a track record of developing other leaders.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and insight delivery.
