Senior UX/UI Designer – Marketing

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead marketing‑focused digital experiences for a global digital agency client. You will work from São Paulo, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals and user insights into intuitive, responsive web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Analyze client, user, and competitor data to guide design decisions.
• Define UX strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows.
• Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, strategy, engineering, and design teams.
• Present and defend design concepts to clients, iterating based on feedback.
• Document UX specifications to support development and implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Previous experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into design solutions.
