Software Engineer – AI‑Native Platform & Integrations (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to own end‑to‑end delivery of our AI‑native workforce management platform. The role is fully remote and involves building core platform foundations, integrations, analytics, and supporting pilot launches.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship core product features across backend and frontend, including multi‑tenant foundations and permission systems.
• Build an omni‑tool integration layer with connectors, event ingestion, synchronization, and action handling.
• Create real‑time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill‑downs, and export capabilities.
• Architect an agentic tool‑use layer compatible with MCP‑style patterns, covering tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability.
• Establish engineering hygiene such as testing, observability, and on‑call readiness for pilot deployments.
• Iterate quickly while maintaining production quality and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong practical software engineering experience with the ability to deliver end‑to‑end features independently.
• Background building SaaS products, APIs, data models, and handling production constraints.
• Deep familiarity with integrations (OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, sync semantics).
• Effective use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) while upholding testing and interface standards.
• Clear communication skills for explaining trade‑offs and aligning stakeholders.
