Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the role

Platform Science is looking for a mid‑level Software Engineer to join its Video team. You will maintain and enhance the core video product that powers road‑safety solutions for transportation customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain existing video solutions to ensure a great customer experience.
• Develop new video features that meet global market expectations.
• Apply software‑engineering best practices to guarantee stability, performance, and quality.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience building APIs with Kotlin, Java, or Node.js.
• Front‑end development using React or Angular.
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Cloud development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Basic test automation (unit and integration testing).
