Solutions Architect – Hybrid (Sao Paulo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud‑based platforms for a fast‑growing fintech leader. The role involves end‑to‑end solution ownership, from discovery through deployment, and requires close collaboration with enterprise customers across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full solution design lifecycle for SaaS, API, middleware, CRM, eCommerce and Order Management systems.
• Conduct architectural discovery workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight across several concurrent implementations.
• Present solution designs clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ensure solution integrity and alignment with business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant in enterprise‑level software implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and English.
• Ability to manage priorities and work across different time zones.
