About the role

This remote position supports warehouse automation systems by delivering fast, clear responses, logging events, prioritising incidents and assisting production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Provide quick responses and solutions for system and customer issues.
Record all events in the SS ticket system.
Prioritise events based on impact and severity and escalate when necessary.
Assist Level 2 technical support with production issues.
Support hardware and other teams in production environments.
Document and maintain internal system knowledge.

Required profile

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT support; warehousing experience is a plus.
Patient, analytical and customer‑focused attitude.
Willingness to work rotating shift schedules.
Self‑driven with the ability to analyse situations on‑site.

Required skills

SQL database querying.
Crystal Reports (preferred).
Basic Linux administration.
Understanding of networking concepts.
Knowledge of database performance tuning.
