Talent Analyst & Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Blaze is seeking a hybrid Talent Analyst & Recruitment Specialist to combine data‑driven talent management with a personal touch. You will support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, managing the ATS, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑potential candidates on LinkedIn and external job boards based on defined profiles.
• Coordinate interview logistics and schedule face‑to‑face meetings with hiring managers.
• Own the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keep records up‑to‑date, and manage candidate communications.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and new hires, delivering an energetic welcome experience.
• Prepare and distribute welcome kits and ensure desks, tech, and equipment are ready for Day 1.
• Enter candidate and employee data accurately into the HRIS.
• Provide ad‑hoc HR support, including reporting and special projects.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual Portuguese and at least intermediate English.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or a similar data‑centric role.
• Analytical mindset combined with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to switch quickly between detailed data entry and high‑energy candidate interaction.
