Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end network implementation projects at SITA. The role combines technical expertise with project management to ensure successful delivery for our airline, airport and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact throughout project execution, managing scope, timelines and resources.
• Plan and execute network implementation and migration projects, building rollout plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Mobilise internal delivery resources and coordinate vendors, GEO project managers and customers.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks related to network services deployments.
• Facilitate pilot migrations, implementation calls and post‑implementation reviews.
• Ensure proper documentation, handover of technical deliverables and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PMP, ITIL or Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven experience managing network implementation or migration projects.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional technical teams and handling customer/vendor relationships.
• Track record of risk identification and mitigation, and managing project scope, schedule and budget.
