Translation Project Manager (US Hours, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Translation Project Manager to oversee multiple language‑related projects on a remote basis, aligned with US working hours. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, language professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several translation projects simultaneously, guaranteeing on‑time delivery, quality standards, and scope compliance.
• Communicate project scope, expectations, and progress clearly to both clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the project management team and language experts, seeking guidance when needed.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using project management tools.
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines that align with SLAs and client requirements.
• Track project progress, identify challenges, and report successes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, reports, communications) using SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Prepare quotes and invoices through project management and accounting software.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures for language services.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Capability to work remotely while coordinating with international teams.

Required skills
