Analyst, Market Delivery (PMO) – PWD Opportunity

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Analyst in Market Delivery (PMO) to lead end‑to‑end project delivery of its payment products and services. This position is reserved for candidates with disabilities (PWD) and will act as the main liaison between customers, internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, create and maintain plans, manage timelines, risks, dependencies and governance forums.
• Develop delivery process maps, implementation documentation and operational readiness plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
• Support Customer Delivery, Product, Technology, Operations and other market teams.
• Research, analyze and resolve implementation issues and respond to product‑related inquiries.
• Track project performance, analyse delivery metrics and produce reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, business cases and communication materials.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and leverage AI‑powered tools for efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners across Product, Technology, Operations and Customer Delivery.
• Assist Mastercard Academy in delivering trainings and support internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or PMO environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes on schedule.
