Client Success Manager – Medical Writing

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Medical Writing division in São Paulo. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution of language and medical writing projects while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new projects through our centralized technology platform.
• Collaborate with production teams to define scope, estimate costs and timelines, and create detailed project briefs.
• Initiate project work by providing budgets, schedules, and instructions, while anticipating and mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Monitor progress, enforce deadlines and budgets, and ensure delivery of high‑quality outputs.
• Act as the central liaison between external clients and internal production staff, setting and fulfilling client expectations.
• Maintain compliance with ISO regulations and company processes.
• Troubleshoot problem projects, investigate client complaints, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven experience in customer service and project coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
