Content Manager

About the role

Better Collective is seeking a Content Manager to lead the creation, coordination, and optimisation of Portuguese betting and iGaming content for the Brazilian market. You will work closely with a local team and global SEO specialists to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven experiences at the intersection of sports, media, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of betting and iGaming articles, videos, and other assets in Portuguese.
• Conduct keyword research, develop SEO‑focused content strategies, and ensure all content follows best‑practice optimisation guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, verify factual accuracy, and continuously refine content based on market trends and business priorities.
• Stay informed about legal and competitive changes in Brazil and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance and a superior user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, planning, or writing, preferably within betting or iGaming.
• Native Portuguese speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Passion for sports, high attention to detail, and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Adaptable, energetic, and eager to propose innovative ideas.
