CSR Analyst – Sustainability & ESG Reporting

About the role

The CSR Analyst will support the development and implementation of TransPerfect’s global sustainability strategy. Reporting to the CSR Specialist, the role contributes to ESG reporting, environmental management, and client‑driven sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate ESG and sustainability reports, including data collection, validation and documentation.
• Maintain ESG indicators across multiple frameworks and client requirements.
• Support EcoVadis participation, CDP disclosures and CSRD readiness activities.
• Collaborate on climate reporting using the GHG Protocol, calculate emissions, verify activity data and track reduction initiatives.
• Assist with TCFD‑aligned analysis of climate‑related risks and opportunities.
• Support the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System through documentation updates, corrective actions and employee awareness.
• Track progress of environmental programs to ensure alignment with client, regulatory and internal standards.
• Respond to ESG‑related client assessments, questionnaires and sustainability information requests, working cross‑functionally with IT, HR, Operations, Procurement and Legal.

Required profile

• Strong research ability on international standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with a holistic view of complex issues.
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures required by relevant regulations.
• High level of accuracy in maintaining large data sets.
• Superior organizational and multi‑tasking capabilities to meet deadlines.
• Professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications.
