Delivery Manager – Sao Paulo

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the delivery of IT projects for its national and international portfolio. The role combines market development, account management and end‑to‑end project governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, prospect new opportunities and qualify proposals.
• Develop contracts, MSAs and account plans while driving revenue growth.
• Monitor portfolio health, budget execution, scope, schedule and risk across multiple projects.
• Facilitate remote project monitoring meetings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Resolve conflicts, manage crisis situations and coordinate with client teams and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading complex IT delivery engagements, preferably in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Strong results‑oriented mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and handling escalations.
