Events and Facilities Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an organized professional to manage our office facilities, logistics and the full lifecycle of national and international events. The role combines day‑to‑day office operations with the planning and execution of internal and external gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, including cleanliness, inventory control, supply dispatch for office and home‑office setups.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, renovations, repairs and the setup of new facilities.
• Provide administrative support for procurement processes and implement facilities standards and procedures.
• Work with IT, Talent and Finance on equipment logistics, invoice flow, payment requests and reimbursements.
• Book flights, accommodations and transfers for domestic and international travel for the team and leadership.
• Plan and execute internal events (kickoffs, all‑hands, meetups) and occasional external events (festivals, trade shows, summits, client activations), handling venue, equipment, transportation and travel logistics.
• Manage leadership schedules at events and coordinate engagements with clients, partners and guests.
• Maintain and evaluate a database of approved vendors, including venues, production companies, catering and promotional services.

Required profile

• Prior experience as an analyst in facilities routines, corporate logistics or event organization.
• Fluent English.
• Residency in São Paulo with ability to work on‑site and travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with task‑management tools.
