Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst to ensure the integrity of financial statements and support strategic decision‑making. Based in Curitiba, the analyst will work with global business units, providing accurate financial data and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Record business transactions in the financial system.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis support to business units.
• Perform account reconciliations, including inventory balances.
• Manage project accounting tasks such as capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
• Ensure complete and timely Joint Interest Accounting reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English for internal and external communication.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
