Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Taktile is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead AI‑driven deployments for financial institutions. You will own technical delivery from scoping high‑impact use cases to stable production, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex AI‑driven Taktile deployments in production across multiple customers.
• Scope, sequence, and execute delivery while removing blockers and balancing scope, speed, and quality.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production‑grade Generative AI agents.
• Partner with product management to translate customer needs into product insights.
• Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward‑deployed engineering function.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer‑facing work.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese with strong communication skills.
• Strong technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
• Ability to break down complex problems and make quick, well‑informed decisions under pressure.
• Based in the São Paulo area and willing to travel for in‑person meetings.
