Full-Stack Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape scalable, secure systems while mentoring a growing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and launch full‑stack web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js or Python for the backend.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable through best‑in‑class design patterns.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold high coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver user‑focused solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Define and enforce best practices for testing, documentation, and code quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js development.
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable full‑stack applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and overall system architecture.
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
