Head of Brazil – Strategic Partnerships Lead

About the role

Cruva, the operating system for TikTok Shop, is expanding rapidly in Brazil and needs a senior leader to drive market entry and growth. Based in São Paulo, you will become the public face of Cruva, building strategic relationships with agencies, brands, creators, and platform partners across the Brazilian social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, brands, creators, and TikTok Shop ecosystem players.
• Lead outbound sales, inbound partnership discussions, product demos, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Represent Cruva at industry events, conferences, creator houses, and platform meetings.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for Brazil.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a local team as operations grow.
• Support content creation, social media, community growth, and market positioning.
• Work flexibly, attending meetings, events, and production opportunities on short notice.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong commercial drive with a proven hunger for sales and growth.
• Comfortable speaking on camera, at events, and building in‑person relationships.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, creator ecosystems, or live commerce.
• Background in senior agency, platform, creator economy, or e‑commerce roles.
• Highly connected or able to quickly build relationships within the Brazilian market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, fast‑moving, independent, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Willingness to work irregular hours to support international operations.

Required skills

• Monthly base salary of R$10,000–15,000, depending on experience.
