HRO Operations Manager

About the role

The HRO Operations Manager will lead end‑to‑end HR operations for Infosys across Latin America, overseeing payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management and the HR service desk. The role ensures compliance with local and global regulations, drives operational efficiency and aligns HR services with Infosys’ global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multicultural, multidisciplinary teams to deliver HR services with focus on quality, SLAs, productivity and internal customer satisfaction.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment and talent management.
• Act as primary liaison between LATAM operations, clients and global leadership (India‑based corporate structure).
• Monitor and report operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs, risks, incidents and compliance initiatives (LGPD, GDPR).
• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation and process standardisation.
• Oversee process transitions, knowledge‑transfer activities, go‑live and operational stabilisation within a BPM framework.
• Manage budget, capacity, headcount and contractual obligations to ensure financial sustainability.
• Promote talent development, succession planning and team upskilling while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integrated delivery of HR services using a BPM model for a multi‑country region.
• Strong track record in operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to align regional HR operations with global guidelines and corporate objectives.
• Experience acting as a bridge between local operations, client stakeholders and global leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) principles.
• Familiarity with data‑protection regulations such as LGPD and GDPR.
