Influencer Marketing Specialist – Scouting & Talent Curation

About the role

Join a global powerhouse that shapes brand communication in a social‑first world. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist you will lead daily scouting, relationship management and execution of fast‑paced “Always On” campaigns across Brazil’s creator ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and outreach influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Execute end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, coordinating creators, content production, approvals and deliverables.
• Craft strategic influencer briefs that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and creators, providing updates and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Keep accurate campaign trackers, talent databases and presentation decks.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay current on digital trends, platform updates and emerging creator opportunities in Brazil.

Required profile

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting and campaign execution.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian influencer ecosystem, cultural trends and creator landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
