Mid Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid Graphic Designer to create high‑quality, retail‑ready assets for e‑commerce and shopper‑marketing campaigns. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with art directors and senior creatives to ensure visual consistency across digital and in‑store formats.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and produce retail and e‑commerce assets such as PDP images, display ads, email modules, circulars, shelf blades, and in‑store signage.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, retailer specifications, and visual consistency.
• Create static and basic motion assets when required.
• Support the development and revision of campaign toolkits based on key visuals.
• Design and refine presentation decks with professional visual standards.
• Perform quality checks, manage file organization, version control, and final packaging for hand‑off.
• Collaborate with art directors and senior team members, iterate quickly based on feedback, and flag any inconsistencies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, e‑commerce, shopper marketing, or CPG.
• Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple asset versions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with distributed remote teams.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and proactive problem‑solving.
