Partner Management Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Partner Management Specialist to join Hemmersbach’s global team. In this role you will negotiate contracts, build strong relationships with our partners and ensure the delivery of high‑quality IT services.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate contractual terms and agreements with partners.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new partners.
- Monitor partner performance to guarantee quality and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate partner records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align partner activities with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
- Proven experience in partner management, preferably within the IT service industry.
- Ability to plan tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with field service processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
